Didn’t receive an email invitation but believe you are a Class Member? You can still file a Claim. Provide your contact information below to begin. Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form are eligible to receive a payment of up to $30.00 per claim.

After you provide your contact information, you will be guided through completing your Claim Form and providing supporting documentation showing that you owned or drove a vehicle that was booted by Advanced Booting Services, Inc. (“ABS”), or that you paid ABS to remove a boot, in Atlanta, Georgia from June 13, 2010 through the present, along with your full name, address, and signature.
